Melissa leads Red Flag Global’s strategic communications and public affairs practice in the Americas, advising some of the world’s leading companies and trade associations on issues at the intersection of policy and perception. Melissa was previously Senior Director for Global Strategies at the Grocery Manufacturers Association (GMA is now the Consumer Brands Association). Prior to joining GMA, Melissa served in the U.S. diplomatic service handling trade policy in Latin America and Asia, most recently as Special Assistant to the Under Secretary for Economic Growth, Energy, and the Environment.
