Coleman Garrison works for Chairman Boozman on the Senate Agriculture Committee as Senior Professional Staff handling the conservation and forestry portfolios. He joined the committee in 2022 after overseeing government and public affairs for the Irrigation Association and the National Association of Conservation Districts. In addition to his extensive experience managing conservation and forestry policy for industry and non-profit groups, Garrison is a seasoned Hill veteran with years of service as a legislative staffer in the U.S. House of Representatives including for former Rep. Randy Neugebauer (R-TX), Vice-Chair of the House Agriculture Committee during the 2014 Farm Bill. A native of Texas, Garrison attended Texas Tech University and is an avid supporter of the Red Raiders.
