Grower association is Red River Valley Sugarbeet Growers Association. Sidney Sugars is a sugarbeet processing company in Montana that is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Crystal Sugar Company. Grower association is the Montana-Dakota Sugar Beet Growers Association.

Spreckels Sugar Company, located in Brawley, California, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative. Spreckels grower association is the California Beet Growers Association.

  • United States Beet Sugar Association
    The United States Beet Sugar Association is a government affairs and industry trade association representing the nine manufacturers of beet sugar in the U.S. These nine firms operate 21 facilities that process sugarbeets which are grown in eleven states. The U.S. beet sugar processing industry is 100% farmer-owned cooperative in structure, and every factory operates with organized union workers.
